Artist Bio

Zsuzsanna Saper was born in Rio de Janeiro of Hungarian and German parentage. After an early childhood spent in Europe, she emigrated with her family to the United States. She attended the San Francisco Art Institute and has a B.A. in Fine Arts from the Massachusetts College of Art.

Artist Statement

By using what appears to be script as an integral part of my composition, I hope that the evidence of a visual (albeit fabricated) language will engage the viewer in a stimulating internal dialogue.
