I was born and raised in Sonoma County, California. I am a painter, playwright, and photographer currently double majoring in Art and Film/Digital Media at UC Santa Cruz.
These three photographs are from an on going series called “East of Nowhere”. Due to an injury I had to find a way to satisfy my photographic passion from inside my bedroom, this lead me to take long exposures of my computer screen. As a painter I often use screenshots as a basis for my work and with my camera I pushed at the boundary between screenshot and photographic work.
